| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the phenomenon and causes of dissolution and liquidation of corporations as well as judicial relief in system operation. It points out some problems in the company liquidation system regulated in Company Law and puts forward some improvement measures from the aspects of making clear the concepts,ranges and legal responsibilities of dissolution and liquidation obligors of corporations. |
