On the Transfer of the Active Fiscal Policy and the Content of the Moderate Fiscal Policy

It has six years since we carried out active finance police and achieved great success.However,effectiveness exists in any policy including active finance policy.the author suggests the transfer of active finance policy is an indispensable tendency,in which timely adjustments should be made on the basis of the changes in economic situations in terms of manipulative object in active finance policy so as to maintain moderate growth and sustainable and steady development.
