| 摘 要： | 随着教育体制改革的逐步深入,国家将取消高校的行政级别及行政化管理模式,高校行政人员的职业化成为必然趋势。本文论述了高校行政人员的职业化进程及其存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并系统地阐述了解决这些问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of education system reform of our country,the administrative level and administrative management mode will be canceled.And the professionalization of the administrative staff in universities will be a trend.This paper discusses the existing problems in the process of the professionalization of the administrative staff in universities,analyses the causes of the problem,and expounds the strategy to solve these problems systematically. |
