| 摘 要： | 随着计算机互联网的迅速发展 ,缩短了人与人之间的时空界限。计算机在给人类社会带来巨大进步的同时 ,也带来了新的社会问题 ,即计算机犯罪。利用计算机进行经济犯罪与传统的经济犯罪有许多不同的特征、表现形式和特点 :一是加强技术防范 ;二是加强计算机安全管理 ;三是应尽快制定计算机犯罪法 ,充分发挥刑事法律的威力 ;四是加强教育 ,提高计算机工作者的自我防范意识和法律意识。总之 ,对网络经济犯罪的防范必须采取”综合治理”的方法 ,使每个经济主体做到守法、守信的和谐统一

| Abstract: | While bringing great progress to our society, the computer also brings forth some social problems, such as computer crimes. There are differences between economic crimes on Internet and those of the traditional kind. This paper analyses the characteristics and causes of various economic crimes on Internet and then puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the technological safeguard and safety management of computers, establishing legislation concerning the computer crimes, enhancing the technicians' awareness of computer crimes. |
