| 摘 要： | 以宁夏某高校为例，通过连续3年的问卷调查，从正式沟通渠道和非正式沟通渠道等方面，了解了高等院校校方与学生之间的沟通状况，分析了沟通渠道中存在的问题，为高校管理者与学生间的沟通提出一些有价值的参考和建议。
