In the early stage of Agricultural Cooperation in China,Shandong Agricultural Cooperation had developed more rapidly,with remarkable achievements.As a major transformation of the rural economic system,its start-up and development have so many social causes.After analyzing its specific development process comprehensively,it is easy to learn that under the promotion of the overall leadership by the CPC Central Committee,the organization and guidance of Party committees and governments at all levels in Shandong Province are the main impetus of cooperative work;the agricultural productivity provides an objective basis for carrying out the cooperative work;and the widely response and participation of peasants in Shandong play a key role in Cooperative work's development.
