牢记国情科学发展

从新的历史起点出发,贯彻落实科学发展观,必须牢记社会主义初级阶段基本国情,认清全面建设小康社会、实现我国基本现代化、巩固和发展社会主义制度的重要性、长期性、艰巨性,增强聚精会神搞建设、一心一意谋发展的坚定性,提高想问题、办事情绝不可能脱离实际的自觉性,清醒而又顽强地为实现党的历史使命而坚持不懈地努力奋斗。

Keeping Firmly in Mind China's Basic Reality and Develop in a Scientific Way

The Party must lead the people in starting from this new historical point to apply the scientific outlook on development,and must bear firmly in mind the basic reality that China is still in the primary stage of socialism.All Party members must be fully aware that it is an important,protracted and arduous process to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects,realize a primary modernization,consolidate and develop socialism.We must firmly commit ourselves to economic development and concentrate on construction.And we should be more conscious in avoiding unrealistic pursuit for thinking and handling problems and take unremitting efforts to fulfill the historic mission of our Party.
