| 摘 要： | 自1999年以来河北省高等教育实现了超常发展,与此同时,河北省高等教育投融资结构也发生了很大变化。但目前河北的高等教育投资结构仍不甚合理,出现了许多不容忽视的问题。为推动河北高等教育健康持续发展,应努力寻求高等教育投资策略合理化、投资来源多元化、资金利用高效化、高校贷款规模适度化。

| Abstract: | Hebei province higher education has been developing supernormally since 1999 and its structure of investment has also been changing a lot.However,the structure is not reasonable enough and some problems that can not be ignored have been arising.In order to promote a healthy and sustainable development of the education,efforts should be taken to seek for the strategic rationalization of higher education's investment,the multiplication of investment sources,the high-effectiveness of investment utilization and the moderation of volume of credit. |
