多元筹资强化管理 提高高等教育投资效益

随着高等教育成本增加,资金不足已成为高校发展的瓶颈。长期以来对高等教育的投资效益重视得不够,加之管理不善,使有限的资源变得更为紧张。本文提出从两方面来提高高等教育投资效益:一方面,注意开源,寻找多种融资渠道,增加高等教育的投入。另一方面强化内部管理,加强对现有资源的整合,盘活资金,提高资金利用率和效益。

Improving the Beneficial Results of Investment in Higher Education through Multi-channel Fund-raising and Reinforcement of Management

As the cost of higher education increases, lack of funds has already become a bottleneck problem in the development of universities and colleges. However, shortage of funds have been made more serious owing to the prolonged neglect of the beneficial results of investment in higher education and poor management. The author points out that new channels must be found to increase investment in higher education and meanwhile internal management must be reinforced and the available resources be reorganized to revitalize funds, thus raising the fund utilization rate and improving the results of investment.
