Qian Xuesen’ s Contribution to Chinese Management Science

Social systematic engineering initiated by Qian Xuesen is an technology of organizing and managing modern construction,while management science is its basic science.In a wide perspective of human activities,Qian Xuesen summarized the concepts of Shili and Wuli,thereby advancing the transformation from the science of things to that of Shili.Meanwhile,based on analysis and criticism to western behavior science,he introduced ethics and law science into behavior,thus widening the sight of Chinese behavior science.In the view of a strategic scientist,Qian Xuesen created systematic science theory,by which improving the organization and management level of socialist construction.
