| 摘 要： | 与传统不同,现代技术风险对人类生存和发展环境构成的威胁越来越大,这种威胁可以演变成为伤害或灾害,因而迫切需要我们对技术的安全性进行考查,进而建立起合理的社会安全秩序,进一步发挥技术对社会发展的作用。现代技术的安全性考量是一个安全理性的过程,它包括着科学理性、价值理性和公共理性三个方面的有机统一。

| Abstract: | Different from the traditional,modern technology risk has a growing threat to environment for human survival and development,which can be turned into harm or disaster.Therefore,we urgently need to examine the safety of technology,and thus establish a reasonable social security order,to further develop technology for social development.Security considerations of modern technology is a safe and rational process,which has three parts of organic unity including scientific rationality,value rationality and public rationality. |
