| 摘 要： | 利用2011年7月在海南省开展实地调研所获得的634个样本数据。对现阶段我国农民在生产销售过程中各个环节的信息利用情况进行分析总结。同时，将现阶段我国农业信息的供给模式分为四种，私人物品、俱乐部物品、公共池塘资源和公共物品，深入探讨这四种信息供给模式的现状与不足。研究表明，我国农民的信息获取仍处于困难阶段，然而以手机为代表的信息沟通技术在农户的信息交流与传递过程中逐渐起到了重要作用，深度挖掘手机的农业信息服务功能可能将成为未来农业信息有效供给的主要途径。

| Abstract: | The article uses the 634 samples data obtained by field research in July of 2011 in Hainan province to analyze the information utilization in the process of farmer production and sales in the present stage our country.At the same time,our country agricultural information supply mode in the present stage is divided into four kinds,private goods,club goods,common pool resources and public goods.We study the current situation and deficiency of these four kinds of information supply mode.We demonstrate that it is still difficult for farmers to get useful marketing information;the effect of information project is not obvious.But cell phone especially Nongxintong SMS service act as an information provider,and help to narrow the information asymmetry.And Nongxintong SMS service,as a private information project,can be the best way to provide useful information for farmers in China. |
