现阶段农村不良习俗的治理对策研究

20世纪80年代以来,我国农村的不良习俗死灰复燃并呈蔓延之势。农村不良习俗的泛滥严重破坏了农村精神文明建设。治理农村不良习俗要从提高认识、发展生产力、建立红白理事会、加强精神文明建设、加强无神论宣传和教育、加强科普工作、加强文化市场管理、加强农村基层党组织建设、加强民俗学研究和宣传等方面综合进行。

The countermeasure on the unhealthy habits in rural area nowadays

The unhealthy habits in China" s rural area have been increasing seriously since 80s of the last century .The increasingly spread of these unhealthy habits has badly damaged the development of human' s civilization in the rural area.To administer the unhealthy habits,all the followings should be done at oncerto raise the citizens' scientific consciousness,develop productivity,set up councils of wedding and mourning,strengthen the construction of civilization,strengthen the education and propagandas in atheism,make science popular,strengthen the management in cultural market,strengthen the party' sconstruction in grass-root organization and so on.All these jobs should be tackled in a comprehensive way.
