草坪草制取叶绿素铜钠盐工艺研究

摘    要:草坪植物生命力顽强,生长旺盛,四季均可剪草。文章通过正交试验考察了以草坪植物为原料制取叶绿素铜钠的主要工艺条件,提出了常温浸提叶绿素,将皂化与收醇工序合并,45℃低温铜代以及反萃结晶提纯技术等先进工艺。

Abstract:Lawn grass is of tough vitality,growing well and it can be cut all year round.This paper explores the main conditions of extract Cuprinatri Chlorophyllinas from lawn grass through Orthogonal experiment.Some techniques such as how to soak and extract Chlorophyll under normal temperature,how to combine Saponification with Methyl Alcohol and how to extract by Anti-stripped crystallization with 45 degrees centigrade are discussed.
