| Abstract: | This paper analyses the explanation of the phenomenon of polysemy in the study of cognitive linguistics and explores the feasibility of using image-schema-based instruction to facilitate the acquisition of L2 polysemous vocabulary.The paper also points out some problems that must be paid attention to in the process of using image-schema-based instruction. |
