| 摘 要： | 美国2002年新农业法案的出台,引起了国际社会的强烈反响,世界各国纷纷对此加以谴责。对美国2002年新农业法案不满的原因何在呢?本文先重点介绍了美国新农业法案的主要内容,然后对新法案的特点进行分析,在此基础上对新法案所带来的影响,尤其是对新一轮WTO农业谈判以及我国的影响加以说明,并提出了我国相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | It' s not a long time for the execution of The American Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002. And fierce responses from the international world have roused from it. All relative countries condemn its enforcement. Then what is the reason for their dissatisfaction on the New Act? This paper focuses on the American Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002. Introductions of its main content are in the first part. Then on the basis of the analysis of its characteristics, effects on the entire world especially on China and on the new WTO negotiation turn for agriculture have been manifested. And our suggestions for our country are put forward in the end. |
