| 摘 要： | 20多年来，中国知识产权保护取得了巨大的成就，但是中国知识产权保护仍然存在一系列严峻的问题：立法从严，但执法不力；缺乏整体知识产权保护策略；国民知识产权意识落后等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出相应解决策略：立法从严同时要保证执法从严；建立我国知识产权保护策略；并提高我国国民知识产权意识等解决对策，为切实提高我国知识产权保护提供参考思路。

| Abstract: | China has made great progress on intellectual property rights(IPRs) protection over the past years,but there are still some serious problems in IPRs protection,such as strict laws but weak implication,lack of strategy system of IPRs protection,concept in IPRs protection falling behind other countries etc.According to these problems,we provide relative strategies for the purpose of enhancing IPRs protection actually: strict lawmaking,meanwhile strict implication,buliding up our own system of IPRs protection ... |
