| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的飞速发展，多媒体辅助英语教学日益普及对传统的英语教学模式产生了巨大的冲击，多媒体技术引入英语教学，逐步显示出了极大的优越性。本文从三个方面阐述了在多媒体教学中高职英语教师应做到的角色转变，以及如何进行自我更新，提高自身素质，以适应新时代教育事业的发展要求。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of informative technology, multimedia assisting English teaching＇ s increasing popularity executed tremendous shock to traditional English teaching mode. Multimedia information＇ s introduction into English teaching demonstrated critical superiority. The essay stated teachers＇ orientation should execute transference and how to renew and improve qualities so as to fit for the developmental demand of educational causes in the new era. |
