培养逻辑思维能力 实践科学发展观

实践科学发展观必须具备科学认识客观事物的能力和素质。这样的能力和素质是需要培养才能形成的。文章从分析逻辑与语言的关系以及逻辑思维与语言的关系入手，由“客观世界→思维→语言”这一人类认知过程顺序推出了它的逆向过程“语言→思维→客观世界”的逻辑合理性。同时，还论述了逻辑思维的重要性、可能性与可靠性，与此同时倡导：为了培养逻辑思维能力，应尽可能地使用符合逻辑的语言表达式。因为唯有如此，正确认识和反映客观规律才成为可能，自主创新和科学发展才拥有先决条件。

Fostering Ability to Think Logically and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development

Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development requires cognitive ability of understanding objective things scientifically. While such ability needs continuing training. This paper starts by interpreting the relationship between logic and language, and between thinking and language as well. Deriving from the successive sequence of ＂objective world→thinking→language＂, the paper deduces a converse sequence of ＂language→thinking→objective world＂. Further, by analyzing the importance, feasibility and reliability of logical thinking, the paper draws a conclusion that in order to foster logical thinking ability, logical language should be applied as much as possible. Only by using logical language can the objective law be understood correctly and independent innovation and scientific development achieved in turn.
