| 摘 要： | 城乡二元结构使农业一致处于低水平状态,严重制约着中国经济发展和社会全面进步,尤其是使"三农"问题一致处于低水平状态.要解决"三农"问题,必须树立和贯彻科学的发展观,清除体制性障碍,逐步统一城乡劳动力市场,加快城市化建设步伐,建立有利于逐步改变城乡二元结构的体制.

| Abstract: | The dual structures of the town and country seriously restricts the economic development and social progress in China.Solving the "Three rural problems"should set upright and act in the scientific developmental view,eliminate the systemic obstacles,gradually unify the manpower market of the town and country,quicken the construction steps of urbanization,establish the system of changing the dual structures of the town and country. |
