| 摘 要： | 随着国际物流的快速发展,当前的保税区物流模式已不能满足国际物流的需要。伴随着区港联动的发展,必然导致物流的进一步增加,在现有的道路交通形势下,很难满足日益增长的国际物流发展需要。文章以大连保税区为例来分析国际物流园的交通压力,通过比较保税区道路需求承载力和道路实际运输承载力,得出大连保税区在2010年以后,道路交通是阻碍大连保税区国际物流发展的瓶颈之一,并提出了解决该瓶颈的措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of international logistics,the present logistics mode of Free Trade Zone(FTZ) cannot meet the needs of international logistics.With the development of integration of FTZ and the Port,it can induce logistics' increasing under the current road traffic situation,and it cannot satisfy the increasing needs of international logistics day by day.In this paper,it takes Dalian Free Trade Zone as an example to analyze the pressure of logistics traffic by comparing the capacity between road demanding capacity and actual transportation capacity.It can be found out that the traffic transportation is one of the bottle necks which can block the economic development of Dalian FTZ after 2010,and some measures are proposed for this problem. |
