| Abstract: | Human capital is the source for the realization of economic growth, and works as a determinant factor in promoting the restructure of industry and industrial development. Therefore, the stimulation and acceleration that the human capital investment exerts on the economic growth should be given enough attention to better the human capital investment and utilize the macro-and micro-environment, so as to improve the utilization efficiency of human capital. Raising accumulation of human capital and improving the quality of human resources for the establishment of the foundation of economic growth will help the rapid, steady healthy and sustainable economic growth. |
