The concept of harmonious development of man and nature holds that man should love nature,respect nature,protect nature,use nature in a rational way,and coordinate the relationship between man and nature,the relationship within human society by the means of morals and law to achieve the harmony between social productive forces and natural productive forces,the harmony between economic reproduction and natural reproduction,the harmony between economic social system and natural ecological system,the harmony between the cultivated nature and uncultivated nature,and the harmony between man and nature.The above idea can satisfy the needs of validating the necessity and feasibility of moral legalization,so it should become the ethic foundation of environmental law.
