| Abstract: | Under the condition of improvingthe socialistmarketeconomy constantly,itis the key to promotingpeople's development in an all-round way through strengthening the consruction of socialist political civilizationand the humane education.Humane spirit depends on the people's development in an all-round way,which can't be away fromthe sound humane spirit,Itis notgrown under the vacuumstate,and on the contrary,only under thecorresponding economy and interests mechanismand loose systemenvironment and good culture atmosphere,whichcan really promote the people's development in an all-round way. |
