| 摘 要： | 作为一个策略性工具,知识管理能帮助各种组织处理和利用员工的技术和信息,从而建立公司的堡垒以迎接市场的挑战。知识管理的核心在于提升组织的创造力。成功的知识管理模式包括五个方面,即高层管理者对未来的清晰展望、创造组织的共同语言、所有人都有责任为组织提供情报、凝聚员工的力量、人人出谋划策。知识管理对我国企业迎接世界竞争有重要启示。
