试析"非物质文化遗产"的基本特点与性质

非物质文化遗产与自然遗产、世界文化遗产、传统民族民间文化遗产、文化景观遗产既有联系,又有区别。论者主要从非物质文化遗产与其他类型遗产的区别中,提出并分析了非物质文化遗产的独特性、活态性、传承性、变异性、综合性、民族性和地域性等基本特点,以及其他特点。同时,论者还结合中国的国情分析了非物质文化遗产的性质,并建议据此制定相关政策、进行保护非物质文化遗产的实践活动。

Analysis on the Basic Characteristics and Properties of Immaterial Cultural Heritage

There are ties and differences between the immaterial cultural heritage and natural heritage,world cultural heritage,traditional ethnic folk cultural heritage,cultural sight heritage.Mainly based on the differences between the immaterial cultural heritage and other types of heritages,the author advances and analyzes the basic characteristics such as speciality,nature of vivid,nature of passing,variability,integration,nationality and nature of terrain,also other characteristics.Meanwhile,combined with the situation of our China,the author also analyzes the properties of the immaterial cultural heritage,and advises that related policy should be set down based on these properties,and the activities for protecting the immaterial cultural heritage should be practiced.
