| 摘 要： | 高校财务工作是高校内部管理的重要组成部分,是高校基础性、全局性、系统性的管理工作.文章论述了高校财务工作中宏观管理与窗口服务、会计核算与财务管理、集中管理与二级分权、提高办学效益与规避资金风险等几对重要关系,指明了高校财务工作在处理这些关系时需要注意的问题.

| Abstract: | The financial management work which is an important component of the management of institutions of higher learning as the fundamental, overall and systematic work. This article discusses some important relationships between macro financial management and windows services, he work of colleges and universities in the and window services, accounting and financial management, centralized management and decentralized levels, improving school effectiveness and avoiding financial risks, and some questions on how to deal with these relations which deserve attention are pointed out. |
