高校青年教师的生活与发展状况研究

高校青年教师的生活和发展,影响着高校未来的创新与高水平发展,值得全社会关注。但由于种种原因,高校青年教师的生活和发展状况却不尽人意,并深刻影响着青年教师的成长和成才。文章根据调查研究分析得出的结论,对青年教师进入高校教师队伍后的继续培养、生活状况、职称评定以及子女培养等方面提出了建设性的意见。

On the Living and Development of Young University Teachers

The living and development of the young teachers will have strong influence on the innovation and qualified development of colleges and universities in the future,so it calls for the attention of the whole society.But the actual condition of the living and development of the young university teachers is far from satisfying due to various reasons,which deeply affect their growth and self-fufilment.In this paper,some constructive proposals are put forward,on the basis of the conclusive analysis of some researches,with regard to the continued cultivation,the living conditions,the academic promotion of those young teachers as well as the education of their children.
