| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,河南省产业集群得到了迅速发展,但是仍然存在整体规模小、地区发展不均衡、产业链较短、创新能力弱、缺乏产业升级和可持续发展能力等问题,应该培育有利于产业集群发展的意识氛围、促使产业群向规模化方向发展、支持产业集群核心企业的发展和推动产业集群专业性外部服务业与配套设施的发展等对策。

| Abstract: | The industrial cluster of Henan Province has developed very rapidly since 1980s.However,there still exist some problems,such as small integrated size,unbalanced development in various regions,shorter industrial chains,low innovative power and lack of the abilities of industrial upgrading and constant development.This paper,based on these issues,puts forward a series of countermeasures for fostering ideological atmosphere which will be benefit for the promotion of industrial cluster,moving toward the direction of scaled industrial congregation,supporting the development of the core enterprises that lead the industrial cluster,and pushing forward the evolution of the professional exterior services with the corollary equipment of the industrial cluster. |
