海州湾旅游度假区现状与发展前景之分析

在综观国内外旅游业发展大势的前提下,结合江苏省旅游度假区的建设开发,对连云港市赣榆的海州湾度假区在自然环境、旅游资源、区位优势等方面条件进行了分析,介绍了其建设发展和经营的现状,然后针对发展中存在和面临的问题进行了剖解,指出了要真正推动度假区的建设发展,必须从合理定位、改善措施、突出特色、加大宣传、强化经营管理、协调发展等方面进行一系列深入细致的艰苦工作。

Present Situation and Developing Prospect for Haizhou-bay Tourist Resort

In respect to the boom of tourist industry home and abroad and the development of tourist resorts in Jiangsu Province, analysis is made in this paper to the present developing and operating situations of Haizhou-bay Tourist Resort in Ganyu County, including its natural environment, tourist resources and regional advantages. Besides, problems in its development are presented. It is pointed out that concrete measures must be taken to ensure the tourist resort of rapid development, such as its reasonable positioning, practical actions for improvement, the introduction and propagation of its characteristics, the strengthening of management and the balance in overall development.
