大学文化研究的四种范式及其批判

大学文化对现代大学的意义和价值是不言而喻的。但是，在当今中国对大学文化的研究中，却缺少对大学文化的一些深层次问题的哲学思考，更多地是从教育学甚至教育实践出发，直截了当地提出大学文化建设的一些可操作性的问题，这虽然简单但容易偏离方向。实际上，对大学文化可以有文化哲学、教育哲学、教育学和教育实践等四种基本研究范式。不同的研究范式对大学文化的研究和建设有不同的价值和意义，也各自具有一定的限度。

The Four Research Paradigms of University Culture and Their Criticism

University culture is significant and valuable to modern universities.However,in the present research of university culture,more is from the point of education or education practice,focusing on some operating questions and lacking a deep philosophical consideration.In fact,there are four basic paradigms to study university culture:the paradigm of cultural philosophy,of education philosophy,of education and of education practice.Different research paradigm has its own significance and value in studying and constructing university culture;however,it also has its limitation.
