| 摘 要： | 我国已进入老龄化社会,养老负担很沉重,尤其是民族地区农村,社会养老保险制度还没有起步.本文论述了建立和发展民族地区农村养老保险的必要性和紧迫性,分析了我国民族地区农村养老保险存在的问题,并提出了发展民族地区农村养老保险的对策.
