| Abstract: | The task of foreign expert recruitment for higher education needs to be accelerated in response to the international competition for talent that has arisen from China's WTO entry. Three approaches for recruitment are analyzed; the drawbacks of the current practices are discussed; and their countermeasures are proposed. |
