企业间关系强度对关系价值机制影响的实证研究——基于企业间相互依赖性视角

作为相关领域中首例着眼于企业间关系强度与关系价值机制间关系的研究,本文以我国运动用品制造业企业为样本,以企业间相互依赖性为主要视角,就企业间关系强度对该关系价值机制的影响机制进行了实证研究。结果表明,企业关系网络中特定关系安排的强度对关系本身的价值及两类价值机制的运用水平均会产生显著的影响,同时也会影响到该关系安排中双方主体企业间的联合依赖程度与依赖的不对称性。进而,作为关系强度与关系价值机制间的重要中介机制,联合依赖性与依赖非对称性也显著影响着成员企业对关系价值机制的运用方式。本研究的相关结论对于进一步的研究与企业管理实践均有一定价值。

A Case Study on the Impact of the Strength of the Relations between Enterprises on the Mechanism of Relationship Value

Taking as specimens China's sports garments manufacturing industry,mainly from the perspective of enterprises' dependence on each other,we have,in this article,made a case study on the mechanism of the impact of the strength of relations between enterprises on the mechanism of the relationship value—a case study,made before all others from the angle of the correlations between the strength of relations between enterprises and the mechanism of the value of relationship in the related field. The results of our study indicate that the strength of the arrangements for specific relations in the net of enterprise relations have a noticeable impact on the value of relations themselves,on the level of employment of two kinds of value mechanism,and on the degree of mutual dependence in alliance being arranged between the main enterprises,and on the asymmetry in reliance. Therefore,as an important intermediary system between the intensity of relations and the system of relation value,the dependence in reliance and the asymmetry in reliance also impact conspicuously on member enterprises' way to use the mechanism of the relationship value. Our conclusion made in this paper is of certain value for further related study and the practice of business management.
