企业社会责任及其法理学研究

企业社会责任绝非企业办社会的责任。经济的发展使企业间的竞争日益激烈，彼此依赖程度也进一步提高，一个企业的行为方式和手段对另一个企业以及全社会都会有很大的影响，这就要求企业在某种程度上要承担一定的社会责任。企业的社会责任是企业对不同的社会利益集团所承担的以道德为基础的、受到法律保护和调整的一种责任，其理论基础是这样一些法理学观念：社会利益观念、国家职能观念及正义、义务观念等。

Study of enterprises' social liability and their jurisprudence

Enterprises' social liability does not mean that enterprises shoulder all responsibilities of the society. The development of economy makes the compet ition between enterprises more intense, and the interdependence of enterprises b ecomes closer. As an enterprise, its operation and management definitely influe nce other enterprise and the society, which demands it to shoulder certain so cial liability,to be subject to various social interest groups based on morality,protected or controlled by law. Its theoretical foundations are jurisprudence ideas as follows: social interest, state position and justice, and obligation.
