| 摘 要： | 介绍贿赂罪是指向国家工作人员介绍贿赂,情节严重的行为。介绍贿赂罪在司法实践中涉及罪与非罪的鉴别,犯罪的既遂、未遂和终止的不同形态的认定,也涉及介绍贿赂罪与诈骗罪、斡旋受贿罪、受贿罪的帮助犯以及与侵占罪的区分与联系。
