| 摘 要： | 对转轨期足球行业出现的"假球"黑哨"不正之风的监管,应该着眼于体育(足球)竞赛市场、尤其是职业体育(足球)竞赛市场的监督管理上.应通过市场监管范畴的严把市场入口关、严格日常监管、依法严厉惩处等内容和方法,达到遏制"假球"黑哨"不正之风产生之目的.

| Abstract: | To supervise the iniquitous phenomena that occur in Chinese football trade in the turning era such as fake match score and bribery referee, we should work with a view to supervise our professional football market. With the methods and contents of controlling the entrance to football market strictly, inspecting frequently rigidly, punishing by laws, the aim to keep the iniquitous phenomena such as fake match score and bribing referee within limits will be met. |
