| Abstract: | Deng Xiao Ping put a great deal of emphasis on the role talents play in the cause of socialist modernization construction.His rich and unique thoughts as to emphasis on talents,talent development,talent selection,talent use,talent evaluation and talent cultivation have become a complete talent theory system which makes up an important component of Deng Xiao Ping's Theory.This theory bears a significant function of direction in China's socialist modernization construction. |
