和谐社会运行机制研究

本文运用管理学原理中的基本思想,从分析社会运行的基本原理出发,提出社会的良性运行、协调发展需要以有效的动力机制和矛盾制衡机制为保障,动力机制激发社会活力,促进社会发展,矛盾制衡机制则确保社会系统各要素及各种关系之间的协调、稳定和平衡。同时,社会良性运行机制的建立还需要通过有效发挥政府、市场以及社会三者的功能来实现。

Research on the Operational Mechanism of Harmonious Society

This paper analyses the principles of society operation based on the theory of management in the beginning. Then it presents that it is necessary to set up a set of motivity mechanism and balance mechanism to ensure the harmonious development of society. The motivity mechanism will inspire the energy and accelerate the development of society, while the balance mechanism will ensure all kinds of relationships and elements of society system to develop harmoniously and steadily as well as keep balance. And in order to set up the right operation mechanism of society, it is also necessary to develop the functions of the government, the market and the society organizations.
