| 摘 要： | 我国司法考试制度由法律正式确认,并取得国家考试的地位,称国家司法考试。其实施,直接影响着我国高等法学教育,一方面,对高等法学教育起引领作用,有克服法学教育中一浅、二死、三无、四旧、五差等弊病之利;另一方面,也潜含成为高等法学教育指挥棒而牵制法学教育发展之弊。为此,应当深化高等法学教育改革,使高等法学教育与国家司法考试相衔接和相适应。

| Abstract: | The national judicial examination system is affirmed by laws and statutes, and awarded the position of the national examination. Its successful implementation will inevitably promote the China's socialist legal construction and directly influence China's national higher legal education. Based on the above commentary, the article not only analyses the effect exerted by the national judicial examination on the higher legal education but also probes into the linkage and adaptability between the higher legal education and the national judicial examination. |
