| 摘 要： | 产业集群理论是一个“值得重视的区域经济发展理论”，湘鄂渝黔边区发展旅游产业集群具有资源经济优势、规模经济优势、信用经济优势、创新经济优势等，在旅游产业集群环境下，边区旅游企业间要加强合作，在旅游产业集群内要促使企业快速健康成长，同时要大力加强管理和技术创新，不断提升旅游集群竞争力。

| Abstract: | Industrial group theory is worthy of attaching considerable important to.Developing tourist industrial groups in the bordering area of Hunan,Hubei,Qingqing and Guizhou has its economic advantages in resources,scale,credit,innovation,etc.Under the conditions of tourist industrial group,the tourism enterprises in the bordering area should strengthen their cooperation,promote the healthy growth of the enterprises within the industrial group,put more effort to the management and innovation,and increase the competition power of the industrial group continuously. |
