| Abstract: | The system of accountant appointed inside universities is one key administration which is reforming. The paper analyses the primary problems inside universities, and formulates the counter measures. The paper is to cause the relative authority to recognize the affairs, and promotes the system of accountant appointed inside universities as soon as possible. |
