摘    要:人才资源是我国构建和谐社会的重要战略资源,人才发展是少数民族地区经济社会发展的关键,是全面建设小康社会的重要智力支撑力量;人才发展也是科学发展观在现代社会的具体体现,是少数民族地区经济社会可持续发展的原动力。加大制度创新、政策支持和资金投入的力度,是促进少数民族地区人才发展,构建和谐社会的基础。

Abstract:Talents are the important strategic resource for building a harmonious society in China and talent training and development is the key to the socio-economic development of the minority nationalities and the important intellectual support for building a harmonious society for all.It also embodies the concept of scientific development in modern society and is the motive power for a sustainable development of minority economy and society.The talent training and development in the minority areas relies on the institutional innovation,favorable policies and more investment.
