摘    要:要精心设计开讲辞,善于应用激发式提问,适当运用严厉性态度及语言;教学语言生动,举例形象,情绪饱满,善于即兴发挥;才能创造精神优势,巩固教师在课堂上的核心地位,缩短与团干部之间的心理距离,实现团课课堂教学的最佳感觉交流效果。

Abstract:In League clss the teacher should painstakingly design the opening remarks,use the excitative mode of asking questions and pay attention to his manner and speech.Through these spiritual advantages can be formed,the teacher's key position in class can be consolidated and the psychological gap between the teacher and League cadre students can be narrowed,so that the League class may produce the best result in feeling communication.
