| 摘 要： | 证券市场中,上市公司真实、及时、完整、合法地披露信息,是投资者进行决策的重要依据,也是上市公司的法定义务。近几年,我国上市公司信息披露过程中所暴露的一些问题,已经严重影响了证券市场的健康发展,其成因复杂,需系统性治理。

| Abstract: | In the stock market the truthful,timely,complete and compliant disclosure of information of listed companies is a key decision making factor to investors,and it is a mandatory requirement for the listed companies.In recent years,however,the disclosure of information of listed companies in China exposes some problems that are affecting the development of the stock market. |
