| 摘 要： | 我国导游回扣问题的产生有其深刻的历史和现实背景。文章通过对宁波市城区导游人员的工资福利及回佣的调查，分析了当前宁波市导游人员薪酬收入构成及回扣产生的原因，并结合当前我国旅游业发展的实际，提出了治理回扣问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The commission issue in China＇ s tourism industry is deeply rooted in its historical and realistic background. After reviewing the related researches at home and abroad, and investigating into some tour guides＇ income, the author analyses the sources of tour guides＇ income, the causes of the existence of commission and its potential harms from the perspectives of both tourism industry and the tourists. Finally, the paper tries to come up with some solutions to the commission issue in line with the actual conditions of China＇ s tourism industry. |
