建立与社会主义初级阶段相适应的所有制关系

我国确立的社会主义初级阶段目标越来越接近马克思所设想的公正、公平和自由的理想社会.就目前而言,解决公有制的主导地位的定位问题、在个人所有制实现过程中私有制的作用问题、公私并存的必要性问题是我们建立一个符合中国社会主义初级阶段所有制关系,使生产力与生产关系、经济基础与上层建筑趋向协调、实现经济飞跃的关键.

Establish the Ownership Adaptable to Premitive Period of Socialism

Our country has finally Smashed the bonds of the traditional traditional xocialist. The target we have established for the elementary period of socialism is approaching to the just, fair, and liberal ideal soci- ety that Marx had conceived. Recently, the critical problems are to resolve the orientation of the leading position of the public ownership, the function of the private ownership during its relization, and the necessity of the coexistence of the public and private ownership, so that we can set up an ownership which may fit in with the need of the socialist elementary period to coordinate the productive forces with the productive rela- tions, and the economic basis with the superstructure for the development of our country's economy.
