| 摘 要： | 新疆第三产业的发展空间大，就业吸纳能力很强，其中尤其是新兴技术型行业就业比重上升幅度最大。因此，今后应积极支持第三产业中的新型产业加速发展，帮助其做大做强；另一方面，要全面提高人力资本的质量，使其适应未来知识密集型服务行业的需求。

| Abstract: | The tertiary industry in Xinjiang has an ample room for further development in its capability of absorbing a bigger employment, especially when the employment proportion of new technologieal industries rises with the biggest increase. Thus, efforts must be made to develop faster the new industries in the tertiary industry to make them stronger and bigger. On the other hand, the quality of human capital must be improved to make it meet the requirements of the future knowledge-intensive service industry. |
