| 摘 要： | 强制措施是刑事诉讼中的重要制度。对强制措施性质的把握是深入研究强制措施制度的基础。完善我国强制措施制度应当从转变强制措施的性质入手,确立人权保障优先的理念,引入司法审查制度,加强犯罪嫌疑人权利的保护。
