| 摘 要： | 本文在村干部职务行为分类研究的基础上，通过农村调查，实证分析了村干部在免税前后的职务行为变迁，认为村干部职务行为重心在免税后发生了重大转变。在后税费时代，村干部开始了真正意义上的为村民服务的过程。

| Abstract: | Based on the deep analysis of work behavior classification of village cadres,the paper analyzes the work behavior evolvement of village cadres and thinks that work behavior of village cadres has changed after tax-free in the countryside.Village cadres' role as the villagers' agency becomes the main work of village cadres and three kinds of work behavior grow harmonically.Village cadres begin to really and truly serve for the villager. |
